NewQuest Geotechnology is Ready to Support New PSP & PSPE Regulation (Permen ESDM Nomor 36 Tahun 2017)

PT NewQuest Geotechnology as a geothermal exploration services company welcome the release of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation (Permen ESDM Nomor 36 Tahun 2017) regarding on The Procedures of Preliminary Survey Assignment and Preliminary Survey Assignment & Exploration (PSP and PSPE) for Geothermal. Hopefully, the regulation could increase the development of geothermal energy in Indonesia.

PT NewQuest Geotechnology has experiences on PSP project in many areas. Among 11 PSP Areas registered on the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, there are 9 PSP areas which are conducted by PT NewQuest Geotechnology, namely Tandikat-Singgalang Area and Mt. Talamau Area in West Sumatra, Tanjung Sakti Area, Lawang Area, and Mt. Dingin Area in South Sumatra, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru Mountains Area, Krucil-Tiris Area, and Mt. Raung Area in East Java, and Ulumbu Area in East Nusa Tenggara.

Responding the new regulations of PSP and PSPE of Geothermal Area, PT NewQuest Geotechnology is ready to support geothermal developer company to conduct integrated PSP or PSPE study of geothermal area in Indonesia.
