NewQuest Geotechnology (NQ) is a geothermal exploration and development company which has long time and extensive experience in the geothermal examination and business analysis in the Indonesian geothermal market. Since its establishment in 2011, NQ has provided services, covering 3G survey, resource assessment, well targeting, drilling program & consultancy, reservoir management, power plant & infrastructure design, and geothermal project feasibility, in more than 50 geothermal projects in Indonesia and Malaysia.

NQ has always been committed to two things: first, to conduct research and development (R&D) in exploration that focuses on increasing drilling success ratio, and second, to develop human resource capacity (Capacity Building) in order to play an important role in the geothermal industry both locally and globally. In September 2020, NQ was awarded a proud award from IAGI (Indonesian Association of Geologists) as the Best Geothermal Exploration Service Company in assisting geothermal exploration discovery, technology development as well as human resources development.
