Therefore, Indonesia is blessed with many geothermal potentials associated with volcanism. From 351 geothermal areas in Indonesia, there are 215 areas are associated with volcanic geothermal systems or about 61% of the total geothermal areas in Indonesia. Wednesday October 21, 2020 Icelandic geothermal development specialist North Tech Energy (NTE), through its daughter company PT North Tech Drilling (NTD), has signed a partnership agreement with PT NewQuest Geotechnology (NQ).
